The Gourmet models have 2 separate controls and the Classic models have one, for a total of 42,000 BTUs of grilling heat. A single push button solid-state electronic ignition control is used to start the barbecue. Stainless steel models include a double-wall gourmet smoke hood, porcelain models have a porcelain hood.
