The Custom I series of barbecues are the same as the Custom II, but with a shallower depth. The 24" x 18" grill that has 432 square inches of cooking surface. These barbecues are available in cabinet, portable, and built-in packages with a selection of stainless steel, or black porcelain. All Custom I packages include four cast stainless steel burners with two separate controls for 52,000 BTUs of grilling heat. A single push button solid-state electronic ignition control is used to start the barbecue. Stainless steel models include double-wall gourmet smoke hood, whereas the porcelain models have a standard porcelain coated smoke hood. Also included are the cooking grid lifter, heavy gauge stainless steel warming rack, and your choice of stainless steel or porcelain coated cast iron cooking grids, as well as many other options. Some packages include the optional infrared rotisserie backburner, which has 18,000 BTUs and includes Firemagics famous heavy-duty rotisserie.
